General Reentry Initiative Implementation Support
Lifeline Phone Service Lifeline is a federal program that helps make phone and internet service more affordable for low-income individuals. Eligible Washington residents can receive a monthly discount on telephone, broadband, or bundled voice-internet services through participating providers.
Washington Telebuprenorphine (Telebupe) Program The Washington Telebuprenorphine Program provides fast, low-barrier access to buprenorphine (Suboxone) for people with opioid use disorder through a free telehealth visit. Anyone in Washington age 13 or older can call the hotline to receive same-day support from trained medical providers and be connected to ongoing local treatment.

Medicaid Eligibility and Fair Hearings Coordination
When incarcerated individuals apply for Washington State Medicaid Apple Health coverage, they may choose to appeal the decision and go through the Fair Hearings process if their enrollment is denied.
