Community Health Partnership Services, a division of CHPW, provides technical assistance and third-party administrator services to carceral facilities participating in Washington’s Reentry Demonstration Initiative. CHPW offers Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare Advantage, or Individual & Family Cascade Select health plans. To enroll in a CHPW health plan, you must be eligible and live in the plan’s service area.
