AFH Clearinghouse

The AFH Clearinghouse launched in March 2026, giving Adult Family Home providers a simpler way to submit service charges to all Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) in one convenient location. Providers can submit claims or invoices through direct data entry or by using the spreadsheet available in the Community Health Partnership Services (CHPS) clearinghouse. To register with CHPS, click here.
